Times have changed. Bigger and lighter is the new trend.

When I moved into my apartment, I had to get 3 guys to help me move the TV into the living room.

A few weeks ago, I gave away my 32 inch TV that was just taking up space in my bedroom. A friend of mine had been playing his PS3 on Standard Definition and I thought it was the perfect opportunity to show him what he was missing.

I decided to give him the TV with an HDMI cable. Back in the days this would have been a big deal. We would have to make sure we have enough manpower to carry the machine to his apartment.

But what actually happened was ... much more boring. I drove to his place, carried the TV on one arm, and the cables on the other. That was it.

It was much harder to get rid of his smaller screen TV. We had to both carry it and make frequent stops to stretch our backs.

Here's to a bigger and lighter future.
