After a few years I have forgotten something as fundamental as bread and butter.

This is a blog. And not only that It's my blog. I can do whatever I want on it.

Unlike what you hear elsewhere about 2016, mine was fantastic. I am grateful for the wonderful people I work with, the hundred of people I meet everyday and the new companies I have started.

This year I will apply more of the same principle I have been following:

When things work out, I should be glad. When they don't I should be mad. One thing I shouldn't be, is surprised.
